The Covid pandemic and the mandated shutdowns were devastating to our business. The folks at Gerrity were proactive for us and were a big part of us getting through a very difficult period. Their approach was supportive and always professional.  I deal with a number of landlords, from national publicly traded REITS to local owners in a family trust, and the Gerrity team is right there among the best to work with.

The Gerrity Group worked with us to defer rent payments during the pandemic. They were flexible when it mattered and we were able to work out a payment plan that helped us better recover and resume business operations after our business was ordered to close.
