About Ryan

Ryan has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, repositioning, leasing and asset management. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Transactions for Gerrity focusing on sourcing off-market acquisitions as well as repositioning retail and mixed-use opportunities. To date Ryan has led over $2 billion in aggregate individual transactions as well as over $3 billion in portfolio transactions.

Prior to Gerrity, Ryan was Senior Vice President of Investments for Donahue Schriber where he was responsible for sourcing and coordinating acquisitions, developments, and dispositions. Ryan was also part of the five-member Executive Committee that directed the company’s strategic vision and daily operations. Prior to joining Donahue Schriber, Ryan served as Finance Manager for Panattoni Development based in Newport Beach, California and as a Treasury Analyst for LNR Property LLC.

He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
